A day before the Champions League semi-final between Real Madrid and Manchester City, ex-'Merengue' Steve McManaman spoke to 'Relevo' about the game ahead.
"The tie is very even. City are favourites with the bookies, but it's the Champions League and there's magic at the Bernabeu. There's a lot of talk about Haaland, but Madrid also have Rodrygo, Vinicius, Benzema and Modric".
He then went into more detail about Brazilian striker Vinicius: "Rodrygo scored a brace in the final, but the best player on the pitch was Vinicius. He's got a lot of class. He doesn't need to change his attitude, just be calmer and cleverer. He gets a lot of knocks from opponents".
These comments come after the 'Canarinha' forward has gained a reputation for getting booked and letting opposition players get in his head throughout a match, taking his concentration away from being the top goalscorer we know him to be.
It remains to be seen if he'll be able to stave off the likes of Kyle Walker and Akanji at the Bernanbeu this Tuesday as he gets ready for what could be the most important night of the season.
