Spain hosted Greece in a 2022 World Cup qualifier on Thursday night.
The home side took the lead in the 33rd minute thanks to Alvaro Morata after he controlled a long pass from Koke and then volleyed home. Spain were far from impressive, but it looked to be enough for the three points. That was until Inigo Martinez fouled Masouras in the penalty area and Greece were awarded a penalty in the 57th minute. Bakasetas made no mistake and Spain had no real chance of note after that to win the game.
After the match, Spain coach Luis Enrique reflected on the result and his team's performance and admitted that his team were sub-par. Have a listen to his comments in the video above!
