VIDEO: Unai Emery on Kubo being called up to the Japanese national team
Kubo has been handed a call-up to Japan's national team at the age of just 19.
The winger is currently playing for Villarreal after joining on loan from Real Madrid. Last season he was on loan at Mallorca where he broke into the first team at just 18, playing 36 times and scoring four goals to go with his four assists.
