The last team to be added to the list of teams being observed was Manchester City, but three clubs will now no longer be observed by UEFA. Inter Milan's good work in the financial department in the last four years has meant they have reached the economic targets which UEFA required. The same goes for Astana and Besiktas.
"The Club Financial Control Body Investigatory chamber confirms that Astana, Besiktas and Inter Milan have been considered in compliance with the overall objective of their agreements, signed in May 2016 for Astana and in May 2015 for the other two," the statement began.
"Consequently, they have now all exited the settlement regime", continued UEFA. In other words, they will not longer be closely observed by UEFA.
The Italain team had been closely observed for various seasons, but they have now managed to clear their financial issues. As a result, they are now out of that feared list which Manchester City have gone into in recent days.
