Football fans don't forget, and there are still many that remember Salah and Kevin De Bruyne's time at Chelsea, when Jose Mourinho decided to not count with them before the two players left Stamford Bridge to become the superstars they are today.
Eddie Newton, who was the man in charge of Chelsea's players on loan at the time, revealed for 'GOAL' what was Salah and De Bruyne's problem at Chelsea.
"I think that Salah and De Bruyne's problem had nothing to do with their talent. They clashed against Mourinho's ego. They didn't perform at the time", Newton explained.
"I believe they were good enough, but it was Mourinho who didn't reach an agreement with them, it was never going to work".
