The 'Ansu effect' is reduced

During Barca's turbulent first few months in the competition, with Messi out, Ansu Fati shone brightly for the Catalan team.
The irruption of the 16-year-old caused a real ruckus, as he boldly showed off throughout the team.
Responsibility did not weigh Ansu Fati down and he dazzled everyone with great pieces of play, goals and assists.
However, in the last few weeks, this 'Ansu effect' has been losing some of it's power.
Problems with his knee and the ever-growing importance of the 'MSG' (Messi, Suarez, Griezmann) combination, has minimised the young footballer's minutes.
In fact, as 'AS' states, the Barcelona promise has only played 32 minutes since the 9th November.
Despite this, the club's confidence in him remains, something that they showed when they called him up to play in the Spanish Super Cup.
Barca know that they have a diamond in the rough in their hands and Ansu Fati, at the moment, is knowing how to take it one step at a time on its way to a stardom that seems not too far away.
