The future of Zinedine Zidane at the helm of Real Madrid continues to be up in the air from now until the end of the season. According to recent information published by 'Telemadrid', the Frenchman has reportedly already made his decision to leave 'Los Blancos' in June.
This certainly hasn't been a spontaneous choice, given that the Madrid boss has made his doubts clear over the course of the season regarding continuing in his role. Mental and physical exhaustion would be the reasons to put an end to his second spell in charge of the club.
This decision would go ahead whether his side win La Liga or not, and has nothing to do with the sporting achievements of the club. Madrid have fought until the end in all of the competitions where they've had the opportunity to lift the title - once eliminated from the Champions League their objective became to close the gap on Atletico and fight for the league title.
The club directive haven't yet layed out the plans for Zidane's potential departure, however if this was to go ahead they would likely look towards current coach of the Castilla, Raul Rodriguez, who would be their favourite to replace Zidane at the helm of the first team.
