Sinisa Mihajlovic criticises VAR: "We need consistency"

Bologna beat Cagliari 3-2 after coming from behind in the close game. However, the game was marred by VAR decisions.

After the game, Bologna coach Sinisa Mihajlovic expressed doubts about the VAR decisions.

"We conceded the second goal after Palacio was fouled in midfield. He was kicked in to head and I don't understand by VAR looked at it in Rome and it ruled out the goal but the same things don't happen here".

"We can't be talking about discrepancies. I know the problems that the referees have with VAR stepping in. I have seen the Inter game, there was a clear penalty not given. And then they stepped in for a foul in midfield. We can't agree and I just don't understand it", concluded Mihajloic, visibly outraged.
