Clarence Seedorf became the centre of attention once more after he shared an image on social networks showing off his fitness.

The former Milan or Real Madrid player showed that, despite being retired and having already become a coach, he still retains a near perfect physique at the age of 42.

In a photo shared on Instagram, the Dutchman showed off his large muscles, something that did not go unnoticed by old colleagues and other active players.

Names like Puyol, Dani Alves and Pierre van Hoijdoonk were some of those who left their comments on the Dutchman's photo.

"That picture is from eight years ago" or "I think you need to gym more" were some of the messages Seedorf received.
