Ramos and Marcelo discuss Benzema's miss

The Clasico at the Nou Camp last week is still creating news. Now, new light has been shed on a conversation between Marcelo and Sergio Ramos. 

During the game, with the score at 2-1, Karim Benzema had a clear opportunity to head his side level. He was free, with space, but he contrived to put the ball wide. 

Following the play, which could have changed the complexion of the game, Ramos felt the need to discuss the miss with Marcelo. 

"It's unbelieveable mate, the header, he had it right there," the Real Madrid captain said to the left back.

It is evident that Ramos was more than aware of what effect Benzema could have had if he had put the ball in the back of the net. Barcelona went on to win the game 5-1 with a late flurry of goals, including Luis Suarez wrapping up his hat-trick.
