PSG v Manchester United: Preview and possible line-ups

Kylian Mbappe will continue to lead the line for the hosts, with fellow attackers Edinson Cavani and Neymar Jr out injured. Dani Alves could be replaced by Christopher Nkunku on the right of a midfield three, while Gianluigi Buffon is currently favourite to take the No 1 spot ahead of Alphonse Areola. Julian Draxler and Angel Di Maria should start on the wings.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a long injury list at the moment, with Alexis Sanchez, Anthony Martial, Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard, Ander Herrera and Nemanja Matic among those on the sidelines. Paul Pogba will miss out with suspension, having been sent off in the first leg, meaning none of United's first choice midfield trio will be available.
Scott McTominay, Andreas Pereira and Fred will likely come into the side in their absence, with Diogo Dalot a possibility to start on the right-wing. Marcus Rashford should fill in on the left with Romelu Lukaku likely to start up front thanks to his recent goalscoring form, which has seen him score four in his last two games.
"Everything is going well and we are confident. But it’s half-time in this two-legged tie. A lot of people are saying to think about Barcelona, the 4-0 and then 6-1."
"Others say that Paul Pogba is missing and it will be fine. We must find the middle ground between these two views. We cannot play with fear nor with too much confidence.”
"We'd rather win 4-2 than try to get a 2-0. We've got to get to half-time better off than we are now. If you can get to 1-0 at half-time then anything can happen in the second half."
"In the first leg, in the last 20 minutes, I know they were 2-0 up so they were happy, but I thought we held our own and Victor [Lindelof] back there marshalled the troops, so we can go and score a goal and make it chaotic in the last 15 or 20 minutes."
No club has ever progressed from a Champions League knockout tie in which they have lost the first leg by two or more goals.
PSG have failed to keep a clean sheet in any of their last five home games in the Champions League.
The last English team to win at the Parc des Princes were Jose Mourinho's Chelsea side in September 2004.
