Paris Saint-Germain are getting serious. According to 'L'Equipe', the Parisian club have hired Luis Campos as their new sporting director, as he has the full confidence of the French club's sheikh.
And apparently, according to the aforementioned source, Campos established the limits on the first day he met with the players, making it clear that rules were going to be set for the team and that everyone was obliged to comply with them.
The new rules have been in place at PSG for some time now, with Christophe Galtier imposing rules ranging from a ban on the use of mobile phones in the canteen to the obligation to arrive early for training, otherwise he will not be able to work with the rest of his teammates that day. Campos agrees with all these rules, as well as the need for both breakfasts and lunches to be with the whole squad together.
But there is one ban that has the players up in arms: the ban on going out at night. Luis Campos is said to have been informed of the night spots frequented by the Parisian players and to have forbidden them to go out during the competition period.
