After the meeting that took place on Friday 17th April between the 20 Premier League teams to debate the future of the season, a deadline was ruled out to end the season and it was accepted playing behind closed doors.
Just a few hours later, 'Daily Mail' is now putting a return to activity, marking the 18th May on the calendar as the day signalled to return to training, which would allow the competition to return just 3 weeks later.
Furthermore, the newspaper also puts a date to the possible resumption of the Premier League, namely the week 8th June, supporting the decision made by the clubs to play without fans.
However, the newspaper warns of the existence of a group of clubs that held private conversations about the wish to establish a deadline to return to playing on 30th June, something that the rest of the clubs don't agree with.
