Manuel Pellegrini's Real Betis and Ronald Koeman's Barcelona will meet this Sunday at the Benito Villamarin stadium in a matchday 22 La Liga clash.
The two teams come into this game in good form. 'Los Verdiblancos' have not lost since 29th December 2020 while the Catalans are going for their sixth win a row to avoid losing further ground on Atletico Madrid.
Pellegrini will stick with the backbone of his team to try and surprise Barca. He will not be able to count on Diego Lainez due to COVID-19 or Marc Bartra (injury), but will have his best players up front.
Canales will be in midfield together with Guido Rodriguez and three footballers will be ahead of them. Rodrigo, Fekir and Joaquin are the ones most likely to occupy those position.
Loren Moren and Borja Iglesias have deserved the opportunity to start, but the Chilean coach will decide who plays. It looks like Iglesias will be the man rested.
They face a Barca side who are on fire. Koeman has found the right formula. Lenglet will return to the centre of defence while Araujo will be rested because of the number of games he has played. Dest will occupy the right flank because of Sergi Roberto's injury.
There are expected to be few surprises elsehwhere. De Jong. Busquets and Pedri will be in midfield and Dembele, Messi and Griezmann will start up front.
Pique is still unavailable, but he is gradually recovering from his injury and he will soon be back.
