France manager, Didier Deschamps, has recalled Manchester United player Paul Pogba for France's upcoming games after an absence that began more than a year ago in June 2019.
In the squad for the friendly with Ukraine on the 7th October in Saint-Denis and the Nations League clashes with Portugal and Croatia are Barcelona's Clément Lenglet and Antoine Griezmann and Madrid's Raphaël Varane.
On top of them, the coach has put his trust in Renne's Eduardo Camavinga, 17, and Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot, who had had a public fallout with Deschamps months ago.
Pogba, 27 years old, was dropped at the end of September because he tested positive at COVID-19, which opened the door for a first call for Camavinga, who made good use of it when he played against Croatia.
