Serie B side Brescia have once again appointed Pep Clotet as coach despite having sacked him back in December.
"After a day of meetings and reflections followed by technical discussions and the fact the sporting director is temporarily unavailable for health reasons, Brescia have decided to name Pep Clotet as first team coach again. We want to thank Alfredo Aglietti and all his team and we wish him the best of luck in the future," the club said.
Clotet was sacked on 21st December and Alfredo Aglietti took over the reigns at a Brescia who were in very poor form.
After just 26 days and two matches which saw them draw with Palermo and lose to Sudtirol, the board have decided to put Clotet back in charge. The club's sporting director was unavailable for health reasons and so Clotet will be back for his third spell at the club.
The Catalan, 45, takes over with Brescia in 13th, just three points off the play-off places. They are also just three points above the relegation zone and won just one of their last 15 encounters.
