Palmeiras overtakes Besiktas and sign Chelsea's Andrey

Andrey's future at Chelsea will have to wait at least until next season. The London club signed him in the winter transfer window in order to register him after the departure of Zakaria. In the end, Zakaria did not leave and they were unable to sign the Brazilian.

The Blues set to work to find a place for him in another team with a view to bringing him in at the end of the current season. In this sense, the English club chose Palmeiras as the ideal destination.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the player will travel to his country next Sunday to join the Brazilian side. There, the midfielder will be on loan until December, when the Brazilian league season ends.

Palmeiras overtook Besiktas. The Turkish side were the first to show interest in Andrey's services. In fact, they even started negotiations to try to sign him on loan, but they will have to forget about him.
