Pablo Marí will miss the rest of the season

It was his third game as a Gunner. He arrived in the winter transfer window, but between the adaptation to the game and the coronavirus, Pablo Marí had barely been able to play. And when he did, misfortune crossed his path.
He had only played two games before the break. In both he had been a starter. Arteta trusted him, and so he formed a starting line-up with Mustafi in the middle of the 'gunner' defence. But he lasted 23 minutes.
He was injured. He hurt his ankle and had to be substituted. And it's David Luiz, who has been heavily criticised for his performance and his direct involvement in City's win, who replaced him.
And now, a couple of days later, the dreaded prognosis has been confirmed. The injury will leave him unable to play the rest of the season. His first half of the season at Arsenal is almost over before it even begun.
