Oxlade-Chamberlain reacts to loss of pace on FIFA

The 25-year-old shared a photo on Instagram of his training on a bike in the gym, asking FIFA 19 developers EA Sports to explain why his pace has been reduced.

The Liverpool forward has been ruled out for the entire season but is working hard on making a comeback sooner than originally planned.

The caption for the image was "@easportsfifa care to explain how my pace has gone down?! proofs in the pudding".

Chamberlain's pace rating for FIFA's 2019 edition is rated 85 out of a possible 99, which is five less than his 90 pace rating on last year's game.

The 25-year-old did serious damage to all the ligaments in his right knee during a Champions League clash against Roma in April.

He has since had surgery on the injury, and is reportedly keeping a positive outlook.
