OFFICIAL: Klose becomes Flick's right hand man

Bayern Munich have announced the arrival of Klose to the whole world. They are delighted to have the footballer backed. 

Klose will be Flick's right hand man, that is to say, his assistant. He will begin his role on 1st July 2020.

"We are very happy that he has decided to make the move, I'm convinced that, our strikers in particular, will benefit from having him. He was Flick's number one candidate for the post," Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, the Bayern CEO, said.

Klose is looking forward to begin working with Flick. "I'm really looking forward to starting. Flick and I know each other very well from our time together in the Germany national team. For me, this is the next step in my career as a coach. I hope that, with my experience, I can help Bayern achieve their goals," he expressed.

Flick, the coach, believes that the club will undoubtedly benefit from Klose: "He's the perfect complement for our coaching staff. We know each other and we value each other, he'll triumph for sure."

There had been talk previously of Klose becoming Flick's assistant. Now that information has been confirmed.
