No Ramos ban for elbow on Lucas

As reported by Spanish daily 'Marca', UEFA will not intervene to sanction the Real Madrid defender. The same source also insists in the differences between the elbow from Ramos, and that by Danielle de Rossi back in 2011, which cost the Italian a three-match ban.
'Marca' have even consulted sources from the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, and they have confirmed that the organization are not considering a suspension, because they do not deem it as serious as the incident which saw the Italian midfielder sidelined.
UEFA tend to only referee retrospectively in extreme cases involving injuries or assaults that have gone unpunished during the match. In this case, the action between Ramos and Lucas is not contemplated as assault an could have ended in a yellow card at most for the Real defender.
Therefore, it looks like Ramos will be available for Zidane in the second leg at the Calderon, as well as a hypothetical final if his team make the most of the huge advantage they earned in the match at the Bernabeu.
