Good news for Cologne and for those who want the Bundesliga to resume. The tests done on the Cologne players after last Friday's positive results have not led to any more positive cases.
'Bild' announced this Monday that all the tests have come back negative, so Cologne will be able to keep on working normally and without fear.
The media outlet, which confirmed that Niklas Hauptmann, Ismail Jaboks and a physiotherapist were among those affected, said there was a lot of fear other footballers could test positive as they were with the others.
They were Jonas Hector, Anthony Modeste, Kingsley Ehizibue, Sebastian Bornauw, Mark Uth, Birger Verstraete, Elvis Rexhbejai, Christian Clemens, Robert Voloder and Benno Schmitz. They have now tested negative and can continue preparing.
Germany are still waiting for Government approval with regards to the Bundesliga. A decision will be made on Wednesday.
