Neymar was answering questions on his official YouTube channel.
The Manchester City defender Benjamin Mendy was one of a number of high profile current and former players to ask Neymar questions, with the 24-year-old getting straight to the point.
"Neymar Jnr, answer me in French. Do you think you'll one day play in the Premier League?"
The PSG winger replied: "It's a big competition, one of the greatest in the world.
"We don't know what will happen tomorrow but I believe that every great player, at least one day, has to play in the Premier League.
"If you're playing there, I hope you can keep enjoying the Premier League, because you deserve only the best."
Having moved to PSG from Barcelona for a record-breaking fee of £198million in 2017, Neymar is targeting Champions League success in Paris.
The former Barcelona winger had a night to forget at the Ballon d'Or awards ceremony on Monday night.
Neymar finished way down in 12th in the official award poll, the Brazilian also chose to give the gala a wide berth despite it taking place in the very city in which he lives
