Newcastle devastated after Mitrovic suffers knee injury

Newcastle's head coach Steve McClaren has confirmed that Mitrovic will be on the sidelines for a couple of weeks. The news came as a real disappointment to Newcastle as they remain in the relegation zone following their dreadful 5-1 defeat last week against Chelsea. 

McClaren shared his opinion on the team's performance with 'Goal', "The previous week, we had a great week and everyone was buoyant. All of a sudden, you lose at Chelsea and you're back down again. It's one step forward and two or three back."
