Mount gives Chelsea lead after defensive error by RM

Chelsea took the lead at the Santiago Bernabeu thanks to great play involving Loftus-Cheek, Werner and Mount and a mistake by the defence. 

Madrid had left the flanks free for Chelsea as they decided to get rid of all the spaces in the middle. However, for the goal, both Alaba and Nacho went to close down Loftus-Cheek. 

The midfielder hit it first time for Werner, who gave the ball directly with his knee for Mount to run in basically unopposed from the middle. 

Mount was quicker than Carvajal and he reached the area before beating Thibaut Courtois with a powerful shot across him.
