Minamino will pass his Liverpool medical this Wednesday

Salzburg confirmed that Liverpool were going to get the Japanese player. This Wednesday, that could be confirmed when Minamino passes the medical. 

The Salzburg player's buyout clause of 8.5 million euros will mean he will leave the Austrian Bundesliga for the Premier League runners-up. 

Liverpool beat Manchester United to signing the player. Despite the fact United were the first in showing interest in him, Liverpool managed to convince the player. 

If he passes his medical, Salzburg will say goodbye to an importnat member of their squad. He will not be the only player to leave the Austrians in winter. Haland has also been linked with a move to many European clubs.
