Mbappe - Ligue 1's highest paid player

When Rennes visitied Paris Saint-Germain on Ligue 1's 28th matchday, Kylian Mbappe played his 250th game in Paris. The French star has become a frame of reference in terms of football and the economics of the game.

Recently, 'L'Equipe' published details of the Frenchman's salary. The Parisian striker earns €6 million gross, without bonuses, per month.

Behind Mbappe in the salary rankings is Neymar with €3,67 million gross per month. Messi is the third highest paid player, earning €3,37 million.

In fact, the whole of the top 10 of the prestigous list are PSG players. Marquinhos and Verratti earn €1,2 millons, Hakimi gets €1,083, Donnarumma is on €916.000 euros, Ramos  €791.600, Bernat €730.000 and Mukiele completes the top ten with €700.000.

In conclusion, the side's average salary is €1,016,765 million gross per month. The highest paid player who doesn't play at the side is Monaco's Ben Yedder. He's in 11th place, earning €650,000 per month.
