The young Frenchman has lit the footballing world on fire since he broke in to the Moaco first-team at the age of 17, and showed his star quality at the World Cup this summer.
Such has his profile increased, that he has become just the fourth footballer in the 95 year history of 'TIME' magazine to feature on its front cover.
In an interview with the rewowned publication, the World Cup winner opened up about his childhood: "I think I might have missed out on something. I did not have the moments of so-called normal people during adolescence, like going out with friends, enjoying good times." he told the magazine.
His talent wows football fans all over the world, but his humility is what sets him apart from many players, something he credits his family for giving him.
“We have always been very close. Very much a family, all together at home, all at the table eating together. We have never given that up." the PSG player continued.
“They have always been there to help me, whether it was my first match in Bondy or now in front of 80,000 spectators. That is a real support. And it can be felt on the field.”
