'Le Parisien' has revealed that Mathias Pogba tried to extort money from his brother Paul and the Juventus player's entourage. A case to which more and more controversial elements are being added.
"On the contrary, when you pull your head out of the hole, the problems are still there, much bigger, it is written," Mathias begins in a letter to Rafaela Pimienta, Paul's agent.
Mathias told him that he understands "the situation" and that he sees "what Pimienta was thinking about". "How to protect my brother's image in front of Juve, the French national team and sponsors and, above all, you are thinking about how not to damage your own image, your career built over many years, your current position as 'the most powerful woman in football', to your law degree, the basis of your career, not to get involved and therefore avoid disqualification," he continued.
"I will tell you what will happen if you refuse to find me and help me," Paul Pogba's brother wrote in the letter, adding: "If only because of your closeness to the family that everyone in the media knows about. If this case is not solved properly, no one will come out unharmed. So let's see, let's find a solution together before things get even worse".
"Let's talk and sort things out together so that things stay in the family circle, so that we can end all this and finally get on with life. That's all I want. But if you insist on playing ostrich, know that if I die you will have my blood on your hands, my death on your conscience, and if you don't care, at least know that it will be difficult for you to avoid the impact on your image and your career, because you can't say you didn't know when it will be too late," concludes the letter, a new chapter in Mathias's alleged extortion and blackmail of his brother Paul Pogba.
