Donny Van de Beek suffered a knee injury in Manchester United's match against Bournemouth in January and had to undergo surgery.
The Dutchman has been working on his recovery since then and could be close to playing for the Red Devils again. The 26-year-old trained individually at the Carrington training complex on Saturday morning.
Van de Beek was able to train with the ball although he was not yet able to train with the rest of his teammates.
The midfielder is expected to be ready before the start of next season, according to coach Erik ten Hag: "His knee will be okay and he will be ready again to play at the highest levels and will be ready for the start of pre-season."
