While Wayne Rooney returns to the squad and Eric Bailly steps up his recovery from a knee injury, the Dutch winger has been excluded from Mourinho's 19-man squad

Jose Mourinho has named his squad travelling to Odessa for Manchester United's final Europa League group game against Zorya Luhansk, and it does not include Memphis Depay.

The Dutchman has found it difficult to establish himself under the Portuguese coach this season, making just four substitute appearances in the Premier League and another three in the Europa League, and has again been left out of Mourinho's squad for Thursday's match.

Wayne Rooney returns to the fold having sat out of the Red Devils' trip to Everton at the weekend through suspension, while Eric Bailly continues his fightback from a knee injury and is expected to be named on the bench.

United know a point will confirm their place in the Round of 32 having won all three of their European ties at Old Trafford.

Travelling squad: De Gea, Romero, Johnstone; Fosu-Mensah, Jones, Bailly, Rojo, Blind, Young; Fellaini, Herrera, Pogba, Lingard, Mata, Mkhitaryan; Martial, Rashford, Rooney, Ibrahimovic.
