Man City to pay tribute to De Bruyne for his career

Manchester City will pay tribute to Kevin de Bruyne to celebrate his career at the club after he announced on Friday that he will leave at the end of the season.
The 33-year-old Belgium international leaves as one of the best players in the club's history, with a record that includes six Premier Leagues, one Champions League, one FA Cup and five League Cups.
"Manchester City will bid an emotional farewell to Kevin De Bruyne this summer when his contract expires, bringing an end to a glittering 10-year period at the Club," said Manchester City's statement.
"The Club and all of our fans will now take the time to deliver a fitting tribute and farewell to one of the greatest players to ever play in the Premier League."
The only question mark over De Bruyne is whether he will play in the FIFA Club World Cup, which runs from 14 June to 14 July, as his contract runs out on 30 June, when only three games of this competition have been played.
The Belgian will have to come to an agreement with City to extend his contract long enough to play the remainder of the competition, should that be his wish.
