Man City target Irish gem for their academy

As 'Football Insider' reports, Manchester City are targeting the promising Irish defender Sam Curtis. The 16-year-old player is considered as one of the biggest promises of his country and he could complete Man City's academy.

Manchester City have based their signings on well-known players and high amounts of money. However, the Sky Blues' plans have not always turned out well.

Nevertheless, the club have decided to bolster their academy. The team are targeting one of Ireland's brightest talents.

It is Sam Curtis. The 16-year-old player is in the spotlight of several European clubs. Currently, he is at St. Patrick's but his contract expires in June 2023.

Man City's intention is to sign him and continue to train him at their academy. It is a bet for Man City's future.
