Lukaku struck inside five minutes with his 100th Premier League goal

Fresh from scoring a brace against Saudi Arabia when on international duty with Belgium, Lukaku went into the game full of confidence and he showed that a return to club duty hasn't dullened his attacking insticts.
With just over four minutes gone, Jesse Lingard picked out Alexis Sanches to square for the Belgian who took care of the rest as his effort took a nick of the unfortunate Alfie Mawson before beating Lukasz Fabianski in the visiting goal.
The strike takes Lukaku's tally to 26 goals in 45 games in all competitions this season, but more importantly, it was his 100th strike in the English top flight.

The 24-year-old is the first Belgian ever to reach that milestone in the Premier League, with only Michael Owen, Robbie Fowler, Wayne Rooney and Harry Kane managing to bring up their century at a younger age.
Lukaku's Premier League career has spanned spells at Chelsea, West Brom, Everton and United.
