Leicester City:
The home side have had a positive start to the season by picking up two wins in a row after a narrow opening day defeat to Man Utd, but will be confident that they can continue their form going in to this match.
A huge blow for the 'Foxes' has been the absence of star striker Jamie Vardy, who received a three match ban a red card against Wolves earlier in the season, so Kelechi Iheanacho will again lead the line. Matty James is still out with an achilles issue.
Liverpool:
Plenty has been said about the impressive start that Jurgen Klopp's men have had to the season, winning all of their games while not conceding a goal and showing the ability to grind out results in difficult games that was perhaps missing last season.
Dejan Lovren is still out with a pelvis issue while Alex Oxalde-Chamberlian is a long-term injury, so it seems that the 'Reds' will field the same side as they did in their first three games of the campaign.
Leicester City manager Claude Puel on Liverpool's impressive defence posing a difficult test for his players:
“They haven’t conceded a goal so it will be a good opportunity to be the first. I think we have a good feeling and we are confident.
“We need to be clinical in both boxes and to show our quality. It is an opportunity for all my young players and experienced players. We will see. It is exciting.”
Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp on Leicester's attacking threats:
“We play them so it’s not important that I like it too much, but the work of Claude Puel obviously now starts paying off.
"You can see it with Maddison, Pereira, Gray, that’s an offensive line that not a lot of teams in the Premier League have, plus then whoever is the striker in that formation."
Predicition: 1-2
