Kolo Muani on strike, asks Frankfurt to accept PSG offer

Things are getting messy between Randal Kolo Muani and Eintracht Frankfurt. Talks had reportedly stalled between the German club and Paris Saint-German, as Frankfurt are holding out for €100 million for the striker, but PSG's latest offer is worth just €80 million.

The Frenchman however, is very keen on the move - and appears to be willing to force his transfer to Ligue 1. Speaking to 'Sky Germany' the 24-year-old made this very clear.

"It's no secret that Paris Saint-Germain made me a record offer", he said to journalist Florian Plettenberg. "A transfer to Paris is a unique opportunity for me. I'd like to go to Paris and I've told the people in charge".

"I hope and wish that Eintracht will accept Paris' offer and that this transfer will now be possible for me", he continued. "I owe Eintracht Frankfurt a lot. I've taken the fans to my heart and have always behaved in a highly professional way. I always gave everything for the club until the very end".

The same outlet confirmed on Wednesday that the player had gone strike, with a statement from the club:  "Striker Randal Kolo Muani informed Eintracht Frankfurt's Sporting Management today that he will not take part in today's final training session ahead of the play-off qualifier against PFC Levski Sofia on Thursday, 20:30".

"He cited his transfer intentions to another club ahead of the transfer period ending on Friday evening as the reason for his absence", confirmed the Bundesliga side.
