Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, affirmed this Monday that his side will be facing a team with "the most Champions League experience on the planet" in this year's Champions League final in Paris.
"We're not big favourites", said Klopp in his press conference ahead of Liverpool's next match against Southampton in the Premier League.
The Champions League final will be an "open" game, considered the manager, who also mentioned the fact that Real Madrid have "already won the league". Meanwhile, Liverpool continue their fight in the Premier League's title race with Manchester City who are currently four points ahead of them.
"Between now and then (the Champions League final) we still have two very important matches". These being, the one against Southampton, and another against Wolves on Sunday.
Mohamed Salah and Virgil Van Dijk are two doubts for this Tuesday's match. This is because they had to leave the field due to injury on Saturday during their FA Cup final clash with Chelsea at Wembley.
"We will have to make a lot of decisions" ahead of the next match, said the coach. "But one thing I can definitely promise is that we will have a team which will try to win the match at Southampton".
