Germany's Sami Khedira was only able to play 17 games last season. The midfielder spent the season with an injury and was not able to represent the high salary that he is paid by the Old Lady.
His mere 976 minutes of play will have made Juventus rethink their future and in Turin they think he will have his contract rescinded.
It must be remembered that Khedira has a salary of six million euros annually, which is far too much to be sitting on the side lines.
Juventus said they would respond to Sarri and free up wage space to allow the Italian to bring in more players and make the squad his.
In any case, it seems more feasible that Juve will try to make a profit by transferring the former Real Madrid player, who still has a good record in Europe.
The only certainty is that he will be leaving Turin.
