Juventus are searching for a new left back due to the possible departures of Alex Sandro and Luca Pellegrini. Without going further, the Italian club recently declared their interest in a Dutch footballer who plays in the Eredivisie.
According to 'Foot Mercato', the Italian club have made an offer for Owen Wijndal, a 22 year-old Dutch full back. The footballer plays for AZ Alkmaar and is regularly selected to represent his country.
The 'Old Lady' have offered around 10 million euros to sign him. However, it is worth noting that clubs such as Ajax and Tottenham are also interested in his services.
The Juventus board are optimistic and believe that the young Dutch player will be part of their squad for next season, but as of today nothing has been officially confirmed. The fight for Wijndal has only just begun.
