'It's an honour' - Gonzalo on comparisons with Real Madrid icon Raul Gonzalez

Gonzalo Garcia, scorer of Real Madrid's winner against Juventus (1-0) in the last 16 of the Club World Cup, said after his goal that "you could say that yes" heading is one of his best skills, but that he tries to "be inside the box" and that he "doesn't care if he scores with his head, his knee or whatever".
"Very happy, but even more so for the victory and for the way the team worked and fought until the end. You could say yes - on whether heading is his best virtue. I try to be in the box and it doesn't matter if I fired it in with my head, my knee or whatever," he told “DAZN”.
"I'll just keep the happiness I felt at that moment for scoring one more goal with this shirt. More than excited. Very happy," he added.
"We knew it was going to be an intense game from the start. We went from less to more, with rhythm on the ball and tiring our opponents to attack as much as possible to the rival", he analysed the match.
Gonzalo also referred to the words of Xabi Alonso in which he compared him to Raul Gonzalez.
"It's an honour. They are big words. I've had the opportunity to share two years with him and he's taught me a lot", he declared.
