"I prefer not to talk about the referee"

Atletico Madrid full-back Javi Galan preferred on Sunday "not to talk about the referee," Istvan Kovacs, after the 4-0 defeat against Paris Saint-Germain in the Club World Cup and admitted that his team felt "outplayed" by the French side.
"I don't want to talk too much about the referee. It's true that he had a job to do today, but we have to look out for ourselves. I prefer not to talk (about the referee), to be honest," he said in the mixed zone at the Rose Bowl stadium in Pasadena, where the match was played.
"We felt we were outplayed, but in the end, at 2-0, tired, you get a player sent off for a double yellow... I don't know what Clement said, but knowing him, I don't think he said much. We came in hot from a lot of decisions that weren't the right ones. We have to think about correcting mistakes and move on," he said.
Galan, who considered that the "heat was suffocating", but "it is no excuse", insisted that now "we have to get together, correct mistakes and think about Thursday", when the 'Colchoneros' will face Seattle Sounders.
The full-back also highlighted Paris Saint-Germain as "the best team in Europe". "It's a great team, but just like us. At 4-0 it's normal for us to feel outclassed," he said.
