Mauro Icardi is so affected by his split from Wanda Nara that he was unable to attend training with PSG during the morning of Sunday 17th October. 'L'Équipe' reports this after the businesswoman let slip on her Instagram profile that the footballer was unfaithful to her, as she referred to an unknown woman as a "z*rra" for breaking up "another family".
Apparently, the striker is so saddened by his break up that he was not in a position to join his teammates to work under Mauricio Pochettino. This is a problem for the team because they face an important Champions League fixture against RB Leipzig and ideally the squad should be 100 per cent fit.
His ex-girlfriend, in any case, has already left the city of Paris, as she herself shared with her followers on social media. Perhaps the striker has tried to contact her to resolve the situation, or maybe he is staying at home and is simply too psychologically shaken to go to the Sporting City.
The break up between Icardi and Wanda Nara has been somewhat formally confirmed. Ker Weinstein, a journalist specialising in matters of this kind, confirmed that Wanda herself replied to a message she herself sent him to ask him about the break up and that she replied with a terse: "I've broken up".
