Harry Kane and Dele Alli - injury update

Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that Harry Kane has suffered significant ligament damage to his left ankle, an injury which has caused him problems five times over the last two and a half years. He will reportedly continue undergoing medical assessment this week but is highly likely to miss the remainser of Spurs' season.
Gareth Southgate and England will also be concerned as Kane would have been a key player ahead of their Nations League campaign.
The club have also confirmed that Dele Alli has fractured his hand, an injury that was also sustained during the Champions League clash. While Harry Kane is likely to be out for a considerable length of time, Dele Alli will be assessed ahead of Spurs' weekend fixture with Huddersfield.
A significant blow for the north London side who approach a spell of big fixtures across both the Premier League and Champions League.
