Haaland's father: "He could play in Italy, Spain or France"

Haaland has scored 23 goals and provided three assists in 18 competitive matches in the English team so far this season. This fact showed that he has not needed an adaptation period, as it seems like he has been playing under Pep Guardiola for ages.

However, his father, Alf-Inge Haaland, has warned Man City. He believes Haaland will not stay there for his entire career although he is happy at the Etihad Stadium now: "He could stay at City for 15 years because he is very comfortable and they are a great club, but I think that he wants to prove to himself that he can win in any of the big leagues," Haaland's father told 'France Football'.

Haaland would also like to try his luck in Serie A, La Liga or Ligue 1: "In Germany he already spent two and a half years and he could do it again in the future. He could spend three years in the Premier League and then go to Italy, Spain or France. Nothing is decided, but it is a possibility. He is capable of being a winner in any team."

The Norwegian striker has a contract with Manchester City until 2027. However, with those words from his father, it seems that the player could be on his way out before his contract expires.
