Manchester City star Erling Haaland covered the crest of a Manchester United shirt when a fan asked for a photo in Norway. "Get yourself a new shirt," he said.

Erling Haaland is in Norway after playing in the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifier against Cyprus at the Ullevaal Stadion. The match ended 3-1 for Norway thanks to a brace from the Manchester City star.

The striker is in the spotlight after winning the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup this season. The 22-year-old has netted 52 goals and provided nine assists in 53 competitive matches this term.

A fan asked for a photo but he was wearing a Manchester United shirt. Haaland decided to cover the crest of his shirt to take a photo with the boy. The Norwegian created controversy on social media and got Red Devils' fans riled up.

"Wait... Take the picture now. Take another picture like that. Get yourself a new shirt," Haaland said to his fan.
