More news on the Greenwood case, who has been on the sidelines at Manchester United for several months. The young striker was one of the Red Devils' most promising players, but the accusation of rape and assault cut ended his career.
The striker, who was arrested in January, will return to court in Manchester on Monday to appear in court. He was released on bail in October.
According to 'Mundo Deportivo', Greenwood is charged with three charges, all related to the same victim: attempted rape, assault, and controlling and coercive behaviour.
Manchester United are not expected to withdraw the ban, which has sidelined him since 22nd January. The Englishman's contract with the Red Devils expires in 2025 and all the signs are that he will be without a team, at least until the trial is resolved.
