GOAL: Correa's point blanc flick pulls Atletico level

Atletico Madrid are looking to beat out local rivals, Real Madrid, to a second-place finish in La Liga this season. To do so however, they need all three points to stand any chance, and after Villarreal took an early lead, it looked like it would prove tricky.

However, Villarreal conceded a set piece in a very dangerous spot on the right of the six-yard box. Griezmann delivered a low, curling ball and Correa flicked it into the bottom left corner from just in front of the penalty spot, beating the keeper and a line of defenders.

The two goals so far still see Atletico in 3rd but there's still plenty of game to go and Real Madrid are yet to make a breakthrough against Bilbao.

The match has looked fairly even so far, both sides having shots on goal and similar possession. It remains to be seen who will take the lead next.
