Sporting Lison finished last season in crisis and Gelson Martins was given a free pass to go to almost any club he wanted. In the end he left for Atletico Madrid, but was loaned to Monaco after failing to fit in.
In France, however, he has shone, and Monaco now want to make the loan move permanent. They are prepared to pay 30 million euros for the winger, as 'A Bola' reports.
Of these 30 million, 20 will go to Sporting as part of the agreement formed between themselves and Atletico.
Furthermore, Sporting are negotiating for Argentine forward Luciano Vietto, who would cost 6 million euros. He is currently playing for Premier League side Fulham, where has scored one goal and provided four assists.
