From Courtois to Neto: two great saves in less than a minute

The first 'Clásico' of the season couldn't start at a faster pace. Fede Valverde and Ansu Fati, before there were 10 minutes gone, had already celebrated a goal each.

Barcelona and Real Madrid took to the Camp Nou pitch with the opposing team's goal net in their point of view. Far from the dull duels that both could star in the past, this Saturday's was not a match suitable for people with heart conditions.

In the 24th minute of the match, Barca mounted a counter-attack after a shot from Sergio Ramos that Neto caught which ended with Leo Messi one on one with Courtois.

The Belgian keeper showed the Argentine his front post, who fell into the trap: the Madrid keeper saved the shot with a great intervention. Before the shot, Messi split Sergio Ramos in two with a fabulous piece of skill.

And if the Madrid player was good, Neto's was no worse. Seconds later, Toni Kroos planted himself in the Barca area and handed the second goal of the visitors on a plate to Karim Benzema, who hit it first time. But the Brazilian goalkeeper equalised Courtois with a providential save to keep the score at 1-1.
