France v Germany - Preview and possible lineups

TEAM NEWS
France: 'Les Bleus' will be without the injured Samuel Umtiti, so either Kimpembe, Zouma or Sakho will come into the team alongside Raphael Varane in central defence. Kylian Mbappe, Blaise Matuidi and N´Golo Kante were rested in France's game against Iceland and so will be fresh to return to Didier Deschamps' starting lineup.
Germany: Joachim Löw's side have now gone three competitive matches without scoring so are expected to take the game to the French. Leroy Sané could return to the starting lineup to add something different to a struggling 'Die Mannschaft', while Jerome Boateng has been forced to leave international duty due to a calf problem.
Deschamps: "Kylian performs well in different positions. He is an option with a different profile to [Olivier] Giroud. I left with this idea on Thursday [after the 2-2 draw with Iceland]. He is able to be effective out wide as well. When he is in the middle, he also moves a lot to the flanks. It has its advantages and disadvantages. He makes more defensive efforts and has more freedom on the wing. In the middle, he plays with his back to the goal without always having spaces."
Löw: "We have learned a few things from the Netherlands game. We definitely need to make one or two tactical and personnel changes. Tomorrow we want to make up for the things we messed up on against the Netherlands. It's obvious that we need to stick together. Above all, it was important to pick the team up again and take the right steps for tomorrow."
